Open the glasses very easily
There I stand in my kitchen and have a hunger for bears. I search all the cabinets and find a glass of salted cucumbers. Ha! I am saved! But stop! This glass does not want to be opened. The metal lid is tight!
Such a glass I normally open with links. Usually...
But this glass stubbornly resists. Whatever I do, I can not get the stupid thing up. The television is currently running a commercial. There, a device is advertised, with which you can easily unscrew glasses. The anger seizes me!
I'm hungry now and do not want to eat my cucumbers sometime after I buy this stupid glass opener.
Then an idea comes to me. It's that easy! No one has maliciously turned the glass so tightly. It's just a vacuum in the glass. This vacuum keeps me away from my cucumbers.
So I put that Glass on the table. Then I take a sharp knife and put it vertically on the middle of the metal lid. With the left hand I hold the knife by the handle.
With the right ball of the thumb, I strike very lightly, from the top of the handle. The knife penetrates through the metal lid and it hisses quite easily. A little air has penetrated the glass and has equalized the vacuum.
With casual, easy movement, without any effort, I turn the glass on. That took only seconds.
Gleefully nibbling on a salt cucumber, I look to the TV. There is still advertising for this stupid glass opener.
