Party bread with dip
Today I introduce you to my beloved party bread recipe. We and our guests love it.
You need to
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 pck of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g of grated cheese
- Roasted onions or diced bacon or dried tomatoes or dried peppers (small diced tomatoes and peppers)
preparation
- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, cheese and perhaps roasted onions or bacon or tomato / paprika.
- Add milk and knead with either the hands or the dough hooks of the food processor. I prefer the hand kneading method.
- Pour the dough mixture into a buttered box cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes (depending on the cooker).
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then carefully topple out of the mold.
For this I always pass 2 dips
Knobidip:
- Mix 1 cup of sour cream and a cup of sour cream with salt, pepper and freshly squeezed Knobi.
- Maybe taste it again. Keep cold until consumed.
pepper dip:
- Put 1 cup of sour cream and a bowl of natural cream cheese in a bowl, corer a paprika and add.
- Puree with salt, pepper, paprika and a touch of sugar with the magic wand.
- If the mass is too firm, add 1 spoonful of olive oil. Season to taste. And chill until consumed.
- If you like it sharper, you can mix some cayenne with it.
Have fun trying it out. P.s: you can also bake the mass in muffin cases. Looks tasty on a party buffet.
