Pasta with a difference - with meat sausage, peas and Hollondaise

Sounds funny, but it is delicious!

It happened at a time when money was so tight that there was very little left in our fridge ...

1/2 meat sausage
500g pasta
1 can of peas and carrots
1 packet of Sauce Hollondaise


... what do you do with it?

Cook noodles according to instructions. Cut meat sausage into small pieces and sauté in a pan to taste. Then add the peas + carrots and hollandaise sauce and simmer gently.

At the very end, the Pfannenallerlei is mixed with the noodles and served warm.
