Pineapple cough syrup

For coughing fine herbs have grown in God's beautiful garden. A delicious and refreshing juice helps:

ingredients

  • 1/3 of a small cut pineapple
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 1 - 3 cm ginger peeled and grated, or cut very small
  • at least 1 tbsp of honey
  • I add about 150 ml of water / soda to it

Preparation, application and tips

  1. Put everything in the blender and mix to a Musike Shake. Goes well in the smoothie mixer, who has.
  2. Drink 2 - 3 glasses of it daily.
  3. With a little less ginger, children will love this cough syrup.
