Plum crumble cake

A quick recipe for a juicy plum cake with crunchy crumble! Since plums are offered very early this year, I have a quick recipe for all fans of plum cake here!
ingredients
- 500g flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 250 g soft butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- about 800 g plums
- some cinnamon and sugar
Preparation:
(Very easy and fast)
- First preheat the oven to 180 degrees (or 160 degrees circulating air).
- The flour is mixed with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar and kneaded with the soft butter and the oil to a crumbly crumbly dough. I have taken the hand mixer with the dough hooks.
- About two-thirds of the dough is then placed as a base in the greased or with baking paper designed springforming (mine has 28 cm diameter), slightly pressed and pulled up a small edge.
- Then the washed, pitted and quarter-length prunes are laid on top of it and sprinkled with a little cinnamon sugar.
- Finally, the rest of the dough is sprinkled over the plum layer.
- That's it and now off in the preheated oven. After 30 to 35 minutes the cake is ready. Depending on your preference, you can enjoy it warm with a little vanilla ice cream or whipped cream or let it cool down and then enjoy it.
