Potato salad in summer

Cook boiled potatoes. While they are on the stove, cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, cut the radish into thin slices, cut the cucumber into small pieces, b. Bed. Also prepare other vegetables.

As a dressing, I take white wine vinegar and walnut oil and some sugar. Drain bacon cubes or ham cubes in a pan.

When they are cooked, peel the boiled potatoes into thin slices and place on the iceberg lettuce. Now add the bacon cubes and mix well, vinegar + oil + sugar. Now let it cool down and then add the chopped vegetable pieces. It is very fresh and tasty.
