Sauna against hangover

- After a night of drinking, try to get up in the morning.
- Always drink plenty of water.
- Then cycle comfortably to the next indoor pool (almost all bathrooms have a sauna), and into the heat.
- Important: lying down, otherwise it's maybe too much for the cycle.
- And definitely drink a lot of water.

How does it work?
In the sauna, you sweat out the evil substances, and the change from cold to warm gets your circulation going again.

- After the sauna, cycling home (fresh air is important), and lie down quickly.
- After a little siesta you feel like you're born again!
