Popular at parties and as a "midnight soup" also because the host can really take time for his guests. You do not have to stand in the kitchen forever, because you can prepare everything the day before, no, you even have to develop the taste right.

ingredients

  • 1 pound of smoked belly meat
  • 1 pound of minced meat
  • 1 pound of mixed goulash
  • 1 pound of onions
  • 3 leeks
  • 2 peppers each red / green / yellow
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 bottles of chilli sauce / gypsy sauce or any other flavor

preparation

  1. Dice belly meat; Tears cut into onions under rings? but not too fat; Dice the leek and thinly slice the pepper.
  2. Put the diced belly meat in a roasting pan and spread on the ground - season the belly meat with curry and do not use too sparingly - so season well, because it is the only spice.
