rags soup

For 16-18 pers.

1kg beef or pork goulash
5 tablespoons cooking oil
1 kg of onions
2 tablespoons paprika sweet
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 ltr. Meatsoup
1 can of goulash soup (400ml)
1 glass of peas and carrots (420g)
1 glass of mushrooms in slices (315g)
1 glass of Tom.paprika in stripes (450g)
1 glass of cranberries (450g)
250g tomato ketchup
Salt and pepper

Fry the goulash with the onions, sprinkle with paprika powder and flour, fry briefly. Fill with broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 60 min. Add the goulash soup, peas + carrots, mushrooms, tomato paprika and cranberries (with the juice of everything) to the meat and bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
