Remains of tomato or bolognese sauce

The other day I had Bolognese sauce left, somehow too much to throw it away, too little to cook pasta again. My idea: baguette rolls!
So I took these baking rolls (Steinofenbrötchen) they have cut open, very thinly distributed the sauce on it. A bit more ham or salami, peppers or whatever you want (or have to go), grated cheese on it and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Super delicious, made quick, my family has cleaned everything back!
