Risotto in a pressure cooker

Ingredients for two persons:

  • 1 small tin of tuna
  • 100g tomatoes - cherry tomatoes are more aromatic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup risotto rice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 soup cubes
  • 6 slices of toasted cheese (processed cheese)

preparation

Place the tuna, diced tomatoes and the crushed onion in the pressure cooker. Add the soup cubes of rice and water and cook with the cheese while stirring. Close the lid and put it under steam. Once the temperature is reached, take the pot from the hob. After 5 minutes, the risotto is ready to eat.

Depending on taste and imagination, the basic recipe can be changed: Instead of using tuna mushrooms and cook with 2 tablespoons white wine. Another tasty option is Radicchio.
