Salmon with Scandinavian crab sauce
ingredients
- 1 pack of frozen salmon
- 1 bag of scandinavian crab soup
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pinch of dried dill
- Pepper salt
- lemon
preparation
- Thaw salmon, wash and season with pepper, salt and place in a baking dish
- Mix crab soup with cream and pour over the salmon
- Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
- Give lemon over the salmon
I serve parsley potatoes and asparagus.
