So I got new life courage again

Everyone can meet it. You fall into a deep dark hole and seemingly can not make it out of your own power. It is said that such so-called life crises or turning points in life happen every 7 years. Be it through illness, a painful loss or mental and physical deficiencies and complaints u. v. m.

No matter why, I tell my own story here and show how I pulled myself out of the swamp by the toe. I had to work on my cancer for many years. No help was expected from my family and surroundings. I had to deal with it alone.

My rule No. 1 was and is still today: looking for solutions!

No matter what bothers you or pulls you down, whatever it is: Looking for solutions to your problem? A concrete example of mine, which serves only for illustrative purposes: If the presence of a certain person bothers you and you do not feel close to it - it is a solution to avoid that person!

Of course there is more than one solution to every problem - but there are at least as many excuses. Think about the possible solutions to your specific problem. And consider the problem once as an opportunity and as an opportunity for further development. Because nothing else is.

The second point is: think positive!

A very big help for me back then was to engage in the power of positive thinking and to integrate it into my life daily. To live it! I devoured the very motivating and comforting books of Joseph Murphy. It was a deep swamp I was stuck in but gradually I saw light at the end of the tunnel. That gave me the courage to keep going, to live on. Many helpful events and people came into my life and many things changed for the better. This was also the confirmation for me that this positive and life-affirming thinking clearly helped me in my life.

How do you think positively?

  • A typical example of this is: is the glass half full or is the glass half empty? I go further and say the following: If you are ill and you z. For example, if your legs hurt, remember that you have two healthy hands and a healthy back, etc. Focus your attention on what is going well in your life.
  • Think of what you want and not what you do not want! Also formulate what you want right: I would like, I would like this and that. Because: your subconscious mind knows no NO. It will execute it like a job and think that's exactly what you want.
  • Another example: "I do not want a man who already has a child." The result of such a wish is that your future will already have a child, if not children. Fact! This is how our mind works.
  • As a further help in life to direct my mind to what I would like and do me good, I have these little? Lebenskärtchen? I get it out, if I need encouragement, and read it to me in peace. I have also made other cards with biblical quotations, which were also a great support to me. Also note here: A negative thought requires the same effort as a positive thought!

Since I would be already at the 3rd point. Be thankful!

It helped a lot to practice gratitude. Despite my illness, I was grateful for the singing of the bird, the sound of the wind, the sound of the waves, the radiant warmth of the sun, the friend by my side, the roof over my head, etc. I think many people would feel better if you look more at what you are happy with, rather than envy others for something. For gratitude stems from an intuition of abundance. (Envy is the energy of lack.) In this sense, I wish you all the best!
