Spaetzle pan with mushrooms and ham

ingredients
For 3 to 4 servings you need:
- 250 g spaetzle
- 500 g mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 125 g ham cubes
- a little clarified butter
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- some mini tomatoes
preparation
- The spaetzle will be in plenty of salted water for 8 to 10 minutes over moderate heat? Al dente? cooked, stirring more often.
- Meanwhile, the onion is peeled and cut into cubes, the mushrooms are cleaned and quartered.
- The boiled spaetzle is poured over a sieve, then drained and set aside.
- In a large, coated pan, a little clarified butter is heated, in which the onion cubes with the mushrooms are fried for about 10 minutes with frequent turning.
- Now add the spaetzle and ham cubes, season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli flakes, mix everything well and then the whole thing at medium temperature again for about 8 to 10 minutes with constant turning fried.
- Finally, the halved mini tomatoes are added, then the dish can be served.
