Spelled grain bread

Ingredients:

500g spelled flour (sometimes at the discount store or in larger quantities at the country trade - it's worth it!)
1 packet of dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons of fruit vinegar
each approx.
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons walnuts a bit chopped
or other nuts to taste

Roast the kernels in a frying pan without fat and allow to cool. Take care that they do not burn!


approx. 350 ml. lukewarm water - can still be slightly sticky.

Preparation:
Flour, yeast in a bowl
Salt and Pinch of sugar
Gradually the water including vinegar
and add the grains

(I still like bread with crushed coriander, fennel and anise or caraway - but that's a matter of taste.)

Mix well and place in a rectangular approx. 25-30 cm shape. And now watch out: bake in the cold oven at 160 ° C for about 75 minutes. To make it crispy, put a small bowl of water in it.
