Spicy mango and chili sauce
Spicy mango-chili-sauce, stirred with lightning speed, delicious with shrimp and grilled meat.
In just 10 minutes, this sauce is ready. It tastes wonderful with freshly cooked shrimp. I had served them yesterday.
Today is grilled in the garden, the rest of the sauce I have filled in a screw jar.
It also tastes great with bratwurst and lamb chops.
You need:
1 ne nice soft mango. If she gives in easily on pressure, she is fine. Cut them into small pieces and put them into the food processor.
As well, 2 tomatoes, 1 chili pepper without rind, 1 garlic clove, parsley or cilantro, 2 tablespoons chopped, salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, juice of a lemon, 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
This is well mixed to a smooth salsa - and she's done! Hot - Fruity - Tomato - Yummy.
