Spread of butter and sheep's cheese (vegetarian)

Ingredients:

250g feta or feta cheese
250g soft butter
pepper
(2 tbsp caraway as desired)
2-3 tbsp herbs, e.g. Basil, parsley, dill, oregano
maybe some olive oil

Preparation:


Crumble sheep cheese and mix well with butter, add herbs and spices and mix with a blender until a cream is formed. If necessary, add a little olive oil, then it will be creamier.

The recipe can be modified arbitrarily, which concerns herbs and spices. You can, for example, add garlic or chopped peppers.

This spread can also be used as a dip and is ideal for parties or barbecues.
