Steamed noodles without yeast

ingredients

  • 350g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 25g (1EL) sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • Milk for the frying pan

preparation

Mix flour with baking powder. Put flour in a bowl. Add the eggs beaten in the middle with milk, add salt, vanilla sugar and sugar and stir well. Stir in remaining milk and make sure that no lumps are formed.

Approximately Put 1 cm of milk in a greased, high-frying pan and bring to a boil. Put the dough in 8 even portions in the pan and close them with a lid. Cook the steamed noodles for about 25 minutes on a low heat. Never lift the lid.

With custard, plums from the glass or stewed fruit a treat.
