Strawberry limes
Strawberry Lime is a cool gift for a hot party!
Here is my ultimate lightning recipe for super delicious ice cold strawberry limes
- Chop 600 g of frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor.
Depending on the performance of the machine or if only a hand blender is present, let the strawberries thaw slightly before they are easier to chop.
Then
- 100 g powdered sugar (with sweetened strawberries 80 g are enough)
- 150 ml lemon juice (preferably chilled)
- 450 ml of vodka (preferably chilled)
Add to that and mix it all right again until it has a nice creamy consistency.
Fill with a funnel in a clean bottle, results in about 1 liter of ice-cold delicious strawberry lime, the experience does not survive the party ;-)
By the way, you can also taste saulecker with raspberries (other fruits are also available).
