Time
Total preparation time: 20 min.
It does not take much for this snack and it can easily be made in larger quantities.
ingredients
- 300 g of mixed minced meat
- 4 fresh rolls or baked
- 1 meat tomato
- 1 small onion
- 100 g of grated Emmentaler
- Salt, pepper and paprika powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Some oil for frying
preparation
- Preheat the stove to 200 °.
- Meanwhile, cut off the rolls, cut the upper third and hollow out the lower part and soak it with the 2 tablespoons of water.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, peel the onion, dice and add to the mixture, squeeze the soft from the hollowed buns and mix well.
- Season with the spices - according to taste - and mix everything again.
- Then let the oil get hot and let the mincemeat roast crumbly. I do this by repeatedly crushing and stirring the minced meat with a fork.
- Meanwhile, quarter the tomato and peel out the flesh, and cut the tomato into strips and then into cubes.
- Place the bread rolls, without lid, on a baking tray and fill with the finished minced meat. Distribute the tomato cubes and then the cheese.
- Put it into the oven and cook it for about 10 minutes, then pull out the baking sheet and place the lids on the rolls.
- Put the whole thing in the oven for another 2 minutes and then take it out and put it on a plate.
- This fits a green salad.
