Summer salad with chickpeas and mint

A summer salad for two people with:

cooked chickpeas (about 250 g)
Tomatoes (2 - 5, depending on size)
1 small cucumber
fresh mint
Spring onion as you like
possibly garlic
olive oil
lemon
salt
pepper from the grinder
and some lemon peel (or whatever you like)
lemon balm

Cut the vegetables into small pieces - chickpeas, chopped onion in Ringlein, mince / lemon balm, grate the lemon, mix everything and leave to simmer.

Serving with some lemon balm / mint leaf as decoration.
