Super peanut coconut sauce

The recipe is for about 4 people.

Ingredients:

100g roasted and salted peanuts
1 red chilli pitted and cut into rings (depending on your taste more ...)
1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
1/8 l of coconut milk
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch of sugar

Peel and chop the ginger. Put the nuts, the ginger and the chilli in the blender and grind finely. Also works with the blender, but then you should add some liquid while grinding. Mix the coconut milk, lime juice and soy sauce and stir in the nut mixture. Season with the sugar and, if necessary, season with salt.

The sauce goes well with fried vegetables and chicken marinated in soy sauce.
