Tagliatelle with spinach and feta

4 people: 600g leaf spinach, 2 onions, 2 conifers, 400g tagliatelle, salt, white pepper, 4-6 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, 2 teaspoons dried, Italian herbs, 75-100 grams of feta cheese, possibly basil

Cook noodles. Stewed diced onions in hot oil until glassy. Add pine nuts, diced garlic and dried herbs. Approximately Simmer for 2 minutes. Add spinach, cook a bit.

Salt, pepper.

Grate cheese roughly. Mix pasta and spinach.

Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil if necessary.
