Pesto from lettuce

A pesto can be made well from a head of lettuce or from a mixture of different salads.
ingredients
- 1 head of salad or two small different mixed like Frisée or Romaine lettuce
- a few drops of lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g of grated almonds
- Salt, pepper, a little sugar
preparation
- Wash and dry the salad well and grind it in a kitchen machine with olive oil into a nutmeg.
- I find chopped almonds in this pesto delicious, take about 50 grated almonds per head of salad.
- Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar and a few splashes of lemon juice.
- This pesto not only tastes good with pasta, but also very well, with boiled rice and fish and chicken sauce.
- After mixing, put in a screw-cap. Keeps fresh in the fridge for 5 days.
