Easter wreath made quickly
Notfallosterkranz for suddenly ill friend ?: What do you have friends? Good question and I think it's nice to have some, and to be able to help. The daughter of a friend called me today and asked for help. It was about an "Easter wreath", which her mother wanted to produce, for her mother.
The daughter lives too far away and could not help for the reason. My girlfriend is lying in bed with fever and for that reason I looked directly, if I can do something for her. The Easter wreath was promised for a long time, and since the mother is already a bit older and mentally no longer so up-to-date, she would not readily accept that she does not get a wreath now. Because older people are often very own. I know that from my own experience!
Long story short, I had a few materials in my craft fundus that I could use for it. An "ex-Christmas wreath" in heart shape, various flowering branches, unfortunately only plastic, a pendant with a bell, a second heart, also from the Christmas season, glued flowers with ladybugs and a wide, checkered bow.
I have connected the two hearts with a loose knot. I stuck the flowering branches in the outer wreath and then wound it in there. The good, it was easy, because they are equipped with wire in the handle. The pendant with the bell I have attached to the lower tip of the outer ring. Finally, some glued flowers and finished was the "emergency Easter wreath".
Did not last more than half an hour and I hope, after I handed him an hour ago, that he once fulfilled his purpose.
I was glad that meanwhile I always had some material at home and could quickly "magic" something.
Whether it pleases the mother is of course another matter, but I think that because of the many offers that you can buy through discounts or reductions, you can actually depending on your interest, always put on a small supply, if at all tinkering There is interest.
It was fun for me and I would also, if it is possible, in such situations always like to step in again.
