The fastest "cookies" in the world

If you still need a quick and delicious gift or would like to have something to snack on, I have a quick recipe for "cookies" here.

Depending on your taste, take 300 g of couverture (white, whole or dark) and 200 g of chocolate (again white, whole or dark) and melt.

Then mix 1 vanilla sugar with 150 g of coconut flakes and add the melted chocolate. Now you give to the mass so much cornflakes until a nice consistency arises. You put small piles of mass on the aluminum foil and let it dry overnight. Finished!

Alternatively, you can add some cardamom, cinnamon or some cloves to the chocolate and it will start to taste good for Christmas.
