The right water temperature for green tea without a thermometer

I like to drink green tea, but annoys me always the fumble with the thermometer and the waiting for the right water temperature.

For a thermos (about a liter) I put a cup of cold water in the (not preheated) thermos and fill it up with boiling water and hang a bag with holder with 3 teaspoons green tea (or 3 normal teabags) for 3 minutes , Finished.

The temperature of this mixture I had at some point in a few experiments with a thermometer controlled and it is always in the green. Now I feed my green tea all day without much effort.

Also works only in the coffee mug

In the cup for the bag variant pour the boiling water to about 3 cm below the edge of the coffee mug, fill the rest with cold water, teabag pure, let draw for 3 minutes, done.

Green tea also slightly dampens the appetite between meals.
