Tiramisu low in calories (10-12 people, "low calorie" not calorie free!)
ingredients
- 2 Pck. Magerquark (à 250 g)
- 2 pck. QimiQ neutral
- 2 dl (200 ml) half cream
- Coffee and rum, at will
- Liquid sweetener, vanilla pulp at will
- Spoon bisquits (depending on size and shape)
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling
preparation
- Put half cream in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes (it will be better to beat it!).
- Mix the lean quark and QimiQ, sweeten with liquid sweetener as desired, if necessary add some scratched vanilla seeds. Beat semi-cream until stiff and stir in the Quark / QimiQ mixture.
- Mix coffee and rum (amount as you like) and dip the spoon bisquits briefly.
- Lay out a mold with the spoon biscuits, spread a portion of the cream on top, and then again a layer of spoonfuls of biscuit and a portion of cream. Number of layers as desired. Finish with the cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder (with coffee sieve).
- Let rest in the fridge for at least an hour, better a few hours and then: ... enjoy!
