Tomato hollandaise Lasagna

ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1200 g fresh tomatoes or tin
  • Lasagna pasta plates
  • 2 x Fix bags Hollandaise sauce
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves
  • 250 g grated gouda cheese
  • Pepper, tomato spice, TK-7 herbs

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Wash the tomatoes and slice with the tomato cutter. Season tomatoes well with pepper, tomato salt and herbs.

Peel onions and garlic, finely dice and sauté in a saucepan with oil. Then add the tomatoes and stir well.


Dissolve hollandaise baguette sauce in 500 ml of milk. Or make the Hollandaise sauce yourself. (gluten free)

Soak the pasta plates in a bowl with lukewarm water and oil.

Grease a baking dish.
