Tortellini with vegetables (sauce)

Take (for 2 persons):
1 pkg of tortellini (with or without meat filling, it does not matter)
Frozen vegetables (quantity and type of choice, for me it was beans, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
1 small onion
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
about 2 tablespoons butter
1/4 L vegetable stock

Cook tortellini according to the package instructions. Frozen vegetables in a saucepan over low heat and thaw a little bit of water.

Cut the onion into small cubes, fry with butter in a large saucepan. Now you have to be quick: stir 1 l of flour well and add the vegetable broth. Add the vegetables to the sauce, let it boil down a bit. If it gets too thick, add vegetable stock again.

When the tortellini are ready, put them in the big pot and you're done with lunch ...
