trout mousse

A great dip to crackers, pumpernickel, wholegrain bread, toast, etc.
ingredients
- 125 g of smoked trout
- 125 g quark
- 1/2 onion
- Pepper and salt to taste
- maybe some dill
- If necessary, a dash of milk
preparation
- Crush the smoked trout with a fork.
- Mix with cottage cheese and finely chopped onion, season with the spices.
- If necessary, stir creamy with a little milk.
