A great dip to crackers, pumpernickel, wholegrain bread, toast, etc.

ingredients

  • 125 g of smoked trout
  • 125 g quark
  • 1/2 onion
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • maybe some dill
  • If necessary, a dash of milk

preparation

  1. Crush the smoked trout with a fork.
  2. Mix with cottage cheese and finely chopped onion, season with the spices.
  3. If necessary, stir creamy with a little milk.
