Use Aloe Vera for multiple skin care
Everyone has ever seen an aloe vera plant, and many have probably already heard or read about their numerous benefits. But few know that aloe vera can replace many cosmetic products. The care with aloe vera is natural, healthier and cheaper.
The thick succulent leaves of the aloe vera plant are bulging with a gel, this gel consists mostly of water, many nutrients, vitamins and amino acids. These active ingredients have a healing, antibacterial, moisturizing and regenerating effect.
I often buy aloe vera gel at dm or at the health food store, but I make sure that it is 100% gel and contains no unnecessary additives like perfume. I use this gel, for example
- Dry skin, the gel absorbs quickly and you immediately feel the effect. Aloe vera gel is also very often used for psoriasis recommended or at eczema.
- When Replacement for hair spray or hair gel. The gel also gives very good hold and does not unnecessarily strain the hair as other products do.
- To the Shaving the leg hair I use only the gel, no shaving foam anymore. The skin is then softer and neat. It also immediately heals the skin after shaving
- Also Body lotion can be replaced very well by the gel
- When face scrub mixed with a little sugar
I use the pure leaves
- against insect bites
- at sunburn
- abrasions
- Blemished skin in the face
As you can see, only one gel can replace many other products.
