Vegetarian pepper noodles

Cook 200g pasta (eg Farfalle) al dente. Chop 1 bunch of chopped leek onions and one yellow, one red and one green pepper each and fry in olive oil. Salting and peppering.

Mix a cup of crème fraîche with 1/2 tube of paprika (if you have a tomato paste), fold it under the vegetables and bring it to a boil. Mix the poured pasta with the paprika vegetables. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

You can serve the noodles as a side dish for a quick-fried or simply as a main course with a crispy salad.
