Vegetarian vegetable lasagna - easy, fast and inexpensive

You need the following ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna plates (without pre-cooking!)
  • 1 cup sour cream / sour cream
  • 2 packets of frozen butter vegetables
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • 1 L of milk
  • Some flour
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

That's how it's done

  1. Remove the frozen vegetables from the package, place in a bowl and melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Make a light roux out of the butter with the flour and the milk. (That's the sauce for the lasagna.)
  3. Season the roux with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Put some of the frozen vegetables in a casserole dish.
  5. Then a layer of lasagna plates. Then again a layer of vegetables, etc. Complete with lasagna plates.
  6. Spread the sour cream on the plates, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  7. Cook at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes in the oven.
