Vegetarian vegetable lasagna - easy, fast and inexpensive
You need the following ingredients
- 1 package of lasagna plates (without pre-cooking!)
- 1 cup sour cream / sour cream
- 2 packets of frozen butter vegetables
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- 1 L of milk
- Some flour
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
That's how it's done
- Remove the frozen vegetables from the package, place in a bowl and melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Make a light roux out of the butter with the flour and the milk. (That's the sauce for the lasagna.)
- Season the roux with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put some of the frozen vegetables in a casserole dish.
- Then a layer of lasagna plates. Then again a layer of vegetables, etc. Complete with lasagna plates.
- Spread the sour cream on the plates, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Cook at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes in the oven.
