Walker: Where to go shopping?
Anyone who relies on a walker / forearm crutch knows how cumbersome it can be if you need both hands for a moment. This is often the case when shopping and paying:
Will you z. For example, inspecting clothes off the rack, grabbing the right shoebox on the shelf, or paying for goods at the checkout, a crutch is a major obstacle. If you turn it off, it tilts easily or disappears between clothes racks. I remedied this with very little effort:
All that is required is a sufficiently long strap that serves as a shoulder strap and a rubber hook. The band allows the hanging so that the crutch does not interfere or get in the way.
The rubber hook is glued to the inside of the arm part and allows the secure abutment / leaning of the crutch on furniture or wall (for example, in the cash register area during the payment process).
Two very simple steps that make everyday life with a walking aid much easier.
