Warm spring sun - against spring tiredness and good mood

Today the sun shines so wonderfully here that I took the opportunity to walk for two hours. In contrast to last week, it is really great and with the walk I do something good for my body, by the movement and strengthening of the body's defenses.

Through regular sun exposure, the production of vitamin D is also stimulated. However, this takes some time.

In the dark winter months, the mood is a bit clouded for many people. Sunlight leads to at least a very good mood and the spring fatigue is blown away.

The blue sky and the warm sunshine invite you to do some activities you may have missed. So I advise anyone who is able to stay outside to enjoy the sun. I hope that this weather will last for a while, so that the frost and the cold of recent times are quickly forgotten.
