White bean stew

White bean stew, the ingredients are:

  • 1 big can of white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of birch trees
  • 500 g of belly meat
  • 1 Polish
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1000 ml of water
  • 500 g potatoes
  • Salt, pepper, 3 bay leaves, savory

preparation

Cook the belly (whole) in a large pot of water and the bouillon cube for 45 minutes. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Wash greens and cut small. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Now add the ingredients to the belly. Cook with salt, pepper, bay leaves and savory. After 15 minutes, add the beans and season again. Remove the belly from the pot and cut into pieces, then return to the stew. Cut the polish into pieces and add it to the stew. Ready and delicious! As is the case with stew, after a day of "brewing time" it tastes best!
