Bacon dumpling soup

Bacon dumpling soup: Especially tasty for the cold days!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 rolls from the day before or dumpling bread
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 big onion
- 200 g of bacon
- Salt pepper
- about 800 ml broth
- 250 ml of milk
- possibly breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
preparation
- First cut the rolls into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Then warm the milk so that it is lukewarm and add to the rolls, leave to swell for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile bacon and onions dice and fry in fat.
- Chop parsley.
- Add bacon, onions, eggs and parsley to the rolls and knead well. If the dough is too sticky, add a few breadcrumbs.
- Heat broth.
- Form dumplings into small dumplings of about 5 cm in size and place in the boiling broth.
- Approximately Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
