Banana apple donuts without sugar

These delicious banana and apple donuts do not need sugar!
ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 pck of baking powder
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of juice or milk
- 1/2 cup lime oil
- 1 apple
preparation
- First mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl.
- Now add the eggs and juice / milk and oil. Using a blender, mix the ingredients into a smooth, liquid dough.
- Purée the bananas with a blender and mix under the dough.
- Cut out the apple, peel and cut rings.
- Now put the dough in the garnish or a piping bag.
- First, pour a little bit of dough into the donut mold, then place an apple ring on it and sprinkle dough on it again.
- Now put the donut mold on a grid in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
