Banana apple donuts without sugar

These delicious banana and apple donuts do not need sugar!

ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 pck of baking powder
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of juice or milk
  • 1/2 cup lime oil
  • 1 apple

preparation

  1. First mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Now add the eggs and juice / milk and oil. Using a blender, mix the ingredients into a smooth, liquid dough.
  3. Purée the bananas with a blender and mix under the dough.
  4. Cut out the apple, peel and cut rings.
  5. Now put the dough in the garnish or a piping bag.
  6. First, pour a little bit of dough into the donut mold, then place an apple ring on it and sprinkle dough on it again.
  7. Now put the donut mold on a grid in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
