  • 3 eggs

  • 150 g butter
  • 3/8 l of milk
  • 375 g of flour
  • 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 pkg. Baking powder

Glaze:

  • 1/2 kg of powdered sugar
  • rum

preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and butter until foamy, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in greased baking tray and bake at 180 ° C.

Mix the icing sugar and rum well, so that you can easily paint them. Glaze the baked cake with it. Cake should not be completely cooled.

Tip: Before the glaze is completely solid, I ONLY cut the glaze - then it does not break when I cut cake.
