Beans and mince pan

Ingredients:

1 kg of fresh green beans
500 g mixed mince
(I prefer lamb chops mixed with ground beef, buy from the Turks, that's spicier)
1-2 tomatoes
1 big onion
1 clove of garlic
Curry, pepper, salt
Tip: we like it hot and add 1 tsp of turkey chili paste.

Preparation:


Simply cut off the ends of the beans and cut once, if they are very long. Boil in salted water, cook for about 10 minutes (just try it, it should not be too soft) or in the pressure cooker about 4 minutes.

Fry the onion and minced meat and season to taste, add the diced pieces of tomato. Mix with the drained beans. If you like more sauce, stir in some tomato paste and add some broth.

This fits well with rice or just baguette.
