Berlin meatballs (Berlin meatballs)

I tried a great recipe today, recommended by a Berlin butcher. I was just so naughty to ask how he makes his meatballs with the assumption that he will not tell me. Far missed, he just chatted on it.

ingredients

  • 1000 g mixed mince (fresh from the butcher and not the packed)
  • 1 bag of onion soup
  • 1 fresh vegetable onion
  • 2 fresh eggs

Now the taste secret

  • 1 bag of Hela minced meat mix (is from the Frima with the famous spicy ketchup)

preparation

  1. Add chopped meat into a bowl, dice onions, add onion soup, add ground beef mixture, add two eggs. Knead everything well and then make about 13 cutlets out of it, depending on how big you want them.
  2. Put the oil in a pan and sauté the meatballs from both sides, then halfway until the cutlets are ready, turning occasionally.
  3. These meatballs are just delicious. I have eaten nothing better so far. Just try it. Taste like grandma's or rather mom's times. Real Berliners will feel retarded in time.
