Beef soup with dumplings

Ingredients:
1 beef bouillon
Suppengrün
noodles
2 eggs
Flour
some nutmeg
salt

Preparation:
Wash the soup bone and simmer with salt and greens in cold water for about 1 hour until it is cooked. Then remove the soup bone and pour the broth through a fine strainer into a new pot. Chop the meat and add the remaining greens and noodles to the boiling broth. Then mix the eggs with flour, nutmeg and salt in a jar and add small dumplings to the soup with 2 small spoons. When the dumplings go up, the soup is ready :-)
The Fleiwsch can be served separately or in soup!
