Birthday soup

A recipe my mother "invented" when she wanted to surprise me on her birthday. She had bought some fresh ingredients, taken the rest (canned) out of the chamber. The name of the whole thing then came in the end, because it was just a soup (for many people) for my birthday.

Take the following ingredients (of course only at will, if you do not like something, leave it and / or replace it with something else):

1kg minced
1 bag of Chili Con Carne
1 packet of Tomato Algusto herbs
1 glass of gypsy sauce
1 tube of tomato paste
2 large onions
3 peppers (red, yellow, green)


1 box each:

Kidney beans (small)
White beans (with greens)
Breckenbeans (big)
Corn (small)
Mushrooms (small)
Peas (small)

Pepper, salt, paprika, maggi, margarine


Finely dice the onions and sauté with the minced in margarine. Season with pepper, salt, paprika and Maggi. Clean the peppers, dice and add. Add mushrooms with liquid and bring to a boil. Also add white beans with liquid, bring to a boil again. Drain the kidney beans and wash them off (in sieve), add again and bring to a boil. Then green beans with liquid, next corn (dump & rinse). Let it boil again.

Next add Tomato Algusto and bring to the boil. Then stir in the bag of Chili Con Carne well. Possibly. with the tomato paste for color and taste. Let the whole thing boil up again.

Through the gypsy sauce and the chili con carne, the whole thing has some sharpness (is picked up by the tomato paste, so always taste good again, so it is not too spicy).

This baguette, flatbread, toast or normal bread enough.
