Bright tuna sauce - really delicious! (4 people)

1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 Knobi toe (finely chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 canned tuna in oil (in own juice does not taste)
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers
300 ml of cream
Salt, pepper, chili ground

Fry onions and knobs until glassy, ​​drain and add tuna, add lemon juice, capers and cream, season with salt, pepper and chilli, simmer on a low heat until the sauce is reduced and thickened.

Whole wheat noodles or green noodles and a good white wine taste best. Of course - in my opinion - freshly grated Parmesan is definitely one of them.
