Sour noodles
A little tip from me now that summer is here, a delicious recipe, perfect for any barbecue or just in between:
Cook 500g spaghetti al dente, drain (do not scald with water) into a large bowl, add a good amount of olive oil to it.
Cut a bunch of chives into small pieces, crush 2-3 cloves of garlic, add everything to the noodles.
Then a good dash of white balsamic vinegar (depending on your taste, I take a lot) and season with salt and pepper.
Tastes great and is done very quickly ....
