Simply and clean the fish and co
I used to always eat fish and meat on a plate. As a result, the flour stuck to the fingers and the plate, and dusted the countertop. Then I copied the following method from a friend:
Just take a larger freezer bag and add a small amount of flour. Then just do the fish or the meat one by one into the bag, hold up and shake. So everything is fast.
The remaining flour can be thrown away at the end together with the bag and it also saves the glued plate.
