Broccoli and tomato bratwurst casserole with cheese - low carb

A great low carb dish - of course you can enjoy it with rice, pasta or fresh baguette! Super light and fast to prepare!
ingredients
For 2 people or 2 days
- 1 bratwurst (about 80 g -100 g)
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 good handful of cocktail tomatoes
- 80 g Havarti or other cheese
- 80 g Bresso or other herb cream cheese
- 120 g cream (10% or cream stretched with milk ... at will)
- garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (from the mill)
preparation
- The sausage is sliced and seared in a pan. This works very well without the addition of fat.
- Preheat the broccoli florets for 2 minutes with a little water in the microwave, then place them in a casserole dish. Over it the washed cocktail tomatoes are distributed.
- When the bratwurst pieces are beautifully brown, the Bresso and the cream are added and everything is mixed together nicely.
- Then add the cheese-cream-bratwurst mixture to the broccoli and tomatoes and spread the stripped or diced cheese over it.
- Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- At 180 - 200 degrees, the casserole is gratinated for 15-20 minutes. (The broccoli should be nice and firm).
