Brush break when painting
If you want or need to take a break while brushing, and want to save brushing, just put the brush in a glass of normal tap water. The glass should be slightly larger than the brush. Freezing is unhygenic. With the water glass method, the brush can be spread for at least 2-3 days. I've been doing this for a few years and save time and brush cleaner. For water-soluble paints such as emulsion paint, acrylic paints but it is not recommended because this wash the paint from the brush itself.
