butter cream tart

ingredients

  • 2 p. Pudding powder (to taste = vanilla, chocolate, etc.)
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 250 g butter

preparation

  1. Prepare 2 biscuit bottoms (see TheFruitAndFlowerBasket.com recipes).
  2. Stir powdered custard with sugar and 6 tablespoons milk (cold) until smooth.
  3. Bring remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat, stir in the pudding and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Let the pudding cool down.
  5. Stir butter until foamy and stir in the pudding little by little.
  6. Spread the butter cream (ca.1 / 3) on the first floor, 2nd floor and brush with the rest of the butter cream - also the edge; o) hold back some cream and decorate with a spray nozzle or use other decoration!
  7. The buttercream is also good for biscuit rolls.
  8. Should the cream get soft - just put it in the fridge again.
